This blog is written by Shelley-Marie Phillips, a twenty-something Media Studies graduate from Swansea University. I started this blog after blogging at November 6th, which focused on the American 2012 Presidential Election and began as a university project. In 2012, I was also recruited to blog for graduate recruitment company Grads.co.uk. As of 2013, I am a contributing writer at GenTwenty.com and EliteDaily.com.

I write about my life, I write about things that scare me and things that I love. Sometimes I throw in some important musings about the world, and sometimes I just talk about pretty things. I have been featured in GradMag, The Waterfront at Swansea University, Buzz Magazine and acknowledged by The White House (Yep). I received my first ever byline in the South Wales Evening Post in March 2012.

In October 2013, I joined the team at GenTwenty as a contributing writer. Duties involve creating articles for a target audience, and promoting the website through social media. In December 2013, I wrote an article called "Um, when exactly did everyone get married?", in a week the article had become popular on social media platforms, and as of 3rd January 2014, has generated 15,000 page views. More importantly, it has been shared over 7000 times.
